Our client is currently seeking a Infrastructure Analyst 1.
Experienced Infrastructure professional to join the IT Global team at its Corporate division in Chandler, Arizona.
This role will be responsible for the installation, modifications, optimization, integration, troubleshooting, patches, upgrades, high availability, backup, and disaster recovery for Linux and Windows systems.
The work is focused primarily on systems and solutions that are designed specifically for designated Enterprise-wide projects, researching new technologies as well as support of legacy infrastructure as needed.
This position reports to the Director of Infrastructure.
The Role's Critical
Responsibilities:
oA major function for success and measurement will be to maintain and monitor systems on both Linux and Windows.
It will be important to compose and maintain internal documentation so it is relevant and up to date.
oProvide problem resolution of reported infrastructure issues reported via IT team members, automated notifications, and IT Request system in compliance with applicable SLA (Service Level Agreement).
Consult with senior analysts as required.
oWork in a team environment to design and deploy optimized, highly available virtual server environments.
Qualifications to be Successful:
Education, Training, Experience, and Skills, and amount of travel required:
oBachelors degree in computer science or related discipline oMinimum of 3 years of Information Systems experience with a focus on infrastructure and operationsoLinux and Windows server administration supporting a diverse client/server computing environment is a must haveoFundamental knowledge of Oracle databasesoExperience configuring and maintaining SAN storage such as PureStorage, EMC VNX Hitachi, DataDomain or any high performance storage arrays such as SSDoExperience with VMware vSphere Virtualization solutionsoExperience with Active DirectoryoWorking knowledge of enterprise level networkingoTime management and effective multi-taskingoAbility to negotiate with peersoAbility to think, talk, and deliver based on business outcomes as well as technical onesoGood analytical skillsoEffective problem identification and resolution skillsoAbility to complete tasks individually as well as work in team environmentoSolid written and verbal communication skillsoDue to ITAR Regulations, Rogers can only hire those who have their U.

o5-7 years experience in an IT technical area with expertise gained in server hardware, software, network/securityoExperience maintaining servers and Storage in a PeopleSoft environmentoExperience with a Linux-compatible scripting language such as Perl, Python, Bash, csh, or tschoFamiliarity, and experience working with and establishing business as well as technical performance metricsoExperience configuring and maintaining backup and recovery solutions such as Networker, Avamar, Zerto, or CommvaultoThe ability to effectively negotiate with vendorsoMSCE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) CertificationoITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) experience and/or certificationoVCP (VMware Certified Professional) CertificationoCCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) Certification.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
