UPMC Altoona is hiring Registered Nurses specialized in Telemetry, Medical / Surgical with atleast 2 years of recent and relevant experience! HOURS:
12 hour day shifts Job Summary of the Registered Nurse (RN) / Medical Surgical / Telemetry:
Assist with complex diagnoses as well as corresponding complex needs on a Medical Surgical unit Must be able coordinate, organize, and prioritize complex multiple client assignment.
Integrate discharge planning into the patient's daily care.
Collaborate with other members of the health care team.
Must be comfortable using technology Capability to integrate research in relation to a diverse care needs Integrate the best practice guidelines in relation to diverse clinical situations Advocate for ethical, quality, and safe work setting Expected to be flexible and versatile in providing holistic care to the following:
Acute to chronic diseases needing management; complex and multiple co-morbidities Patients with diverse admitting diagnosis and not limited to a single body system Patients and their families Patients across the life span Qualifications of the Registered Nurse (RN) / Medical Surgical / Telemetry:
Active RN License in good standing Nursing Diploma or ADN required.
Minimum of 2 years' experience on a Med Surg or Telemetry unit Full-time and contingent opportunities available; Day and Night shifts BLS certification required Successful verification of a criminal background check and drug screen ASAP start!For more information, please call our office at 877-782-3334.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
