General Production Worker
Assemble, routine programming and testing. Support and achieve output and shipment requirements as directed. Be a productive member of the Virticus Operations team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Perform module assembly to include mechanical assembly to basic soldering.
Test and program radios, board assemblies and modules.
Perform repairs as directed.
Help to develop and implement basic production process controls.
May be required to help develop and maintain process procedures.
Help drive the production pull system and adhere to Kanban rules.
Follow production procedures and insure product quality is maintained.
Help to stock and pull production components and kits as directed.
Perform cycle counts and work in process counts as directed.
Represents LSI Industries in the most positive manner with prospective, former and current employees, clients, suppliers and the community we serve
Interacts professionally and effectively with a diverse group of employees and customers
Learns and practices standard operating procedures
Maintains prompt and regular attendance based on the work hours established by the manager
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
EDUCATION AND/OR
Experience:
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
