My client is looking for an e-Commerce EDI Administrator for their Walnut, CA location. This is a permanent position offering a salary range of $80K to $90K. They are open to candidates nationwide and will consider covering a portion of expenses for relocation.
About The Position
This person will be responsible for creating, maintaining and designing of all Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) related functions within multiple environments and requirements based from customer needs using the broad knowledge of EDI methods and concepts.
Responsibilities
Create EDI mapping using Inovis/GXS translator software on Power 7 architecture: 850 (S/R) purchase orders, 810 (S/R) invoice, 856 (S/R) Advance ship to notice, 997 (S/R) Functional Acknowledgement, 940 and 945 (S/R) warehouse advice notice
Create/modify RPG ILE programs in Power 7 environment
Use RPG programming language to create/modify from mapped work files from translator into Infor XA ERP system r9.1.1
Setup AS2 direct and VAN communications for trading partners
Oversee all daily EDI transactions for multiple divisions. This includes processing all errors in translator and post translator into ERP system.
Process all EDI documents in a timely manner daily
Requirements
4 year Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
A minimum of 4 years related experience
Must have experience in EDI trading partner setup using Inovis/GXS translatoron aiSeries/Power 7 platform
Must have experience with configuration for VAN and AS2 networks
Must have experience in Infor XA r9.1.1
Must have experience with Inovis/GXS mapping tool
Must have experience in RPG/ILE programming language for the Power 7 platform
Knowledge in Infor XA EPR software is a plus
Must be able to handle and communicate internally, efficiently and timely to ensure continuous flow of transactions
Must be able to work with consultant or independently with minimal supervision
Experience in Infor XA system link experience is a plus
Experience in Infor XA integrator knowledge is also a plus
Basic understanding of retail environment and shipping transactions required to create ASN (856) document.
