MAJOR DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:

Review daily reports, put-away products, and report discrepancies to Shipping and Receiving Lead and/or corresponding Sales Support Executive
Cycle counts.
Pull items to be shipped off shelf using pick ticket. Package items per customer shipping instructions and pack boxes for safe delivery of product while determining most cost efficient for customer.
Double check all orders. Every pick ticket requires 2 signatures. Measure all packages shipped via air. Heed to all directions/notes on order. Advise appropriate SSE if any issues arise with the order.
Close out UPS Worldship and confirmed pick tickets each day. Forward shipping records to Front Office Support for filing.
Inspect external packaging of all incoming shipments. Retrieve packing slips and check product quantity against packing slips. Note any discrepancies. Initial and date packing slip and forward to Purchasing Department.
Immediately red tag any products that appear to be damaged or non-conforming. Notify Production Lead and/or Production Manager and await further instructions.
Put remaining inventory away in the correct bins. Make all necessary adjustments in P21 to ensure products and properly identified and counted for inventory control (i.e. correct bin location and correct quantity in bin).
Help Will Call customers: ensure all proper paperwork is completed before the customer leaves with product.
Handle loading and unloading of freight shipments using forklift and ramp. Fill out BOL's correctly and sort to correct shipments.
Keep interior of warehouse clean and free of safety hazards (which includes, may not be limited to: emptying trash cans, breaking down and or stacking of boxes).
Complete Forklift training and certification.

Ability to communicate tactfully with fellow employees and customers.
Ability to understand and carry out both oral and written instructions in an independent manner.
Ability to organize and prioritize work to successfully meet established timelines and manage sales process.
Ability to develop and maintain cooperative and effective relationships with individuals and groups.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of basic software applications; previous experience with and/or aptitude to learn Activant Prophet 21 software.
Will be trained and certified in forklift use.

Brenner-Fiedler will provide equipment, tools, forklift, computer, and workspace.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
