FOOD LABELING & PRODUCT SPECIFICATION ADMINISTRATOR
East Coast frozen food manufacturer seeks a Food Labeling Administrator. This individual would be the liaison between Quality Assurance/Sales & Marketing/Purchasing/ Research & Development.
Job includes:
Creation of USDA & FDA labels.
Creation of nutrition panels.
Daily Maintenance of file systems and databases for customers, product files and raw material purchases.
Education:
USDA & FDA Label Regulation
HACCP & SQF familiarity
Software Knowledge a plus.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
