Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is a multi-unit role that provides support, training, coaching and direction to Sales Leaders (DSM, SM) and General Managers within a designated region of club operations. Scope of accountability includes multiple districts and clubs. The RSM rotates through the region, assessing club sales performance, providing feedback and coaching to sales leaders and ensuring In-Shape sales systems are in place and executed effectively.

Develop sales talent within the region to drive continuous sales improvements and achievement of company goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
1. Assist club staff and management with their efforts to meet and exceed monthly membership EFT, Unit, ACH EFT and all other KPI metrics goals
2. Continuously review club sales systems and staff productivity and provide feedback and coaching to improve productivity and performance results
3. Facilitate membership sales production meetings and regional meetings as needed
4. Train and develop Sales Staff. Assist in teaching progressive and advanced sales techniques for sales management and high-performers
5. Oversee the implementation of Sales Training within the region, including teaching Online Classes, Follow-Up on all Shadows and Role-Plays
6. Conduct certification events for sales counselors-in-training; execute the standards of sales training at all times
7. Follow up with recent training graduates to assess understanding and application of sales systems, ensure mastery of sales techniques and concepts and provide feedback to the sales manager for on-going development
8. Review club sales performance and provide coaching and counseling with Club
9. Management and Sales Staff to ensure Sales KPIs are met. Prepare goal-setting and coaching documentation when staff falls short of KPI metrics
10. Work as a partner with Club Management to provide a high level of service to members, inspiration and leadership to staff, and assistance in directing the flow of the club for a smooth and profitable operation
11. Maintain high quality Membership Sales systems with on-going assessment and evaluation of staff, programs, and physical environment.
12. Provide club sales assessments and systems evaluations to the Vice President of Sales and Regional Manager on a periodic basis TBD
13. Perform formal Sales Audits for each club on a periodic basis TBD and provide RSM Club Visit Reports the Regional Manager and VP of Sales on a timely basis
14. Review club and individual sales performance with the Regional Manager and VP of Sales to determine and agree upon recommendations for coaching, develop and/or corrective action to achieve goals
15. Adhere to and demonstrate In-Shape employment practices as defined by the Human Resources Guide and Employee Handbook.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent direct experience
2. Minimum of five years of Sales Management experience
3. Proven track record of success in leading a sales team to achieve consistently high-performance
4. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously to achieve desired results
5. Strong writing and math skills, excellent communication skills
6. Experience in marketing and selling in a service environment
7. Experience with CRM software
8. Excellent organizational and time-management practices
9. Computer literacy on Windows platform and experience in MS Word/Excel/Outlook
10. Personal vehicle, valid Driver's License and clean DMV printout required (must be able to travel within market and between clubs
11. Bilingual skills a plus
12. Must be friendly, outgoing, inspirational, motivational, enthusiastic and willing to demonstrate the In-Shape Lifestyle
13. Current CPR certification or ability to pass CPR certification within 60 days of hire date.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
