Senior User Experience Researcher/Usability Manager

What you'll do:
o Help define best practices for both user research and usability testing
o Go into the field to watch/interview our users
o Help translate your findings into actionable steps for our design/engineering team
o Conduct usability tests at our onsite lab
o Mentor junior researchers and help facilitate their career growth
o Ability to travel to customer locations. (Generally minimal, but can be higher for limited times)

What you've done:
o At least 5 years of profession experience in UX, IA, Interaction Design or related discipline
o BA/BS - related major is great, but not required
o Experience working on complex applications, web or desktop
o Presented research/test findings in front of a lay audience
o Strong portfolio that highlights your interviewing and observation skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
