Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Education/Training, Social Sciences, Human Resources, Business or other related discipline.
Five (5) years of experience in an organizational change management role.
Excellent active listening skills.
Exceptional leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
Proficient understanding of project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
Ability to pass a Maryland state criminal background check.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
