Job Description:
RDC Biz is seeking a highly motivated Business Intelligence (BI) Report Analyst/Developer who will focus on building out our client's enterprise BI initiative and supporting the business with enhanced visibility. The selected candidate must have strong leadership skills, an excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, a passion for data and data accuracy, and is results-oriented.
Responsibilities:
Develop reports leveraging Information Builders WebFOCUS.
Produce time-sensitive reports monthly.
Respond to ad-hoc reporting and data requests.
Analyze existing manual reports and identify opportunities for automation.
Serve as end user support for Information Builders user base.
Develop a good understanding of the business units and their reporting needs.
Manage deliverables and timelines accordingly.
Qualifications:
Familiarity with general programming concepts to edit report code outside the GUI is Preferred. Similar experience when editing SSRS or Crystal Reports.
WebFOCUS development experience is a Plus.
Demonstrated experience in Report requirements, design, development and analysis.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with an ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Demonstrates an ability to correctly prioritize activities.
Demonstrates ability to organize data for meaningful analysis. Excel or equivalent skills strongly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Presentation skills are required.
Excellent customer service skills.
A systems thinker.
