Education/Professional
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years mobile application development experience and 3 years highly technical project management experience or 3 years mobile application development experience, 3 years technical project management experience and a MA/MS in relevant field.
A thorough understanding of the mobile development life cycle and agile development frameworks is required. Knowledge of distributed learning applications and methodologies, with hands-on experience important.
Expertise in designing application framework and building platform architecture required to support key mobile product features.
Expertise in supervision of written code, documentation and modifications for mobile applications development.
Experience overseeing testing and validation to ensure the quality and functionality of mobile applications.
Experience consulting on data transaction management and mobile application integration for various systems or platforms.
Expert knowledge of Section 508 requirements.
Expert knowledge of SCORM standards.
Expertise in project design and development, testing and evaluation, and troubleshooting. Coordinate work with Government project manager, team lead and team members. Strategize with Team Leads and Government staff to maximize output and minimize costs.
Significant, expert-level experience as a member of a technical team and as a technical team leader; positive interpersonal skills and a customer-service orientation, particularly with clients from a wide variety of cultures.
Experienced in a product development environment and leading research and development teams.
Ability to liaison with the Learn Center Learning Management System (LMS) team under the guidance of the government team leads.
Knowledge of SCRUM and agile software methodologies is desirable.
Experience in gaming and/or simulations valued.
Experience with media and video valued.
Experience in ebooks/epublishing valued.
MA/MS in relevant field preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
