JOB SUMMARY
The Project Portfolio Reporting Analyst is responsible for monitoring and reporting against a number of portfolios of internal initiatives and overseeing the data integrity of project information. Fulfillment of this role requires a detailed understanding of SQL Server ? Report Builder reporting and Planview (Project and Resource Portfolio Management tool). Working knowledge of portfolio management, resource management, investment model concepts, annual strategic planning, and financial planning are all a plus. This position will report against a large volume of high profile projects and related resources. This role will also be responsible for contributing on enterprise projects related to maturing the use of project management processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
? Create Planview Analytical reports using SQL Server- Report Builder ? based on requirements
? Organize and design reports to present analysis of data
? Monitor and maintain data integrity for projects across several project portfolios.
? Standardize existing Planview Analytics and On Demand reports that are in use across the organization today
? Initiate new features, functions and graphics within project reporting
? Provide timely and accurate project portfolio reporting and visibility, and conduct recurring review meetings of the portfolio and IT plan.
? Provide guidance to the project management team on use of Planview reporting and analytics capabilities to aid adoption and best practices
? Create or modify Planview Lifecycles, Tiles and Ribbons within Planview Enterprise v11

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE - Required
Bachelor Degree in Business, or technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
At least 3 years of experience with SQL-Server-Report-Builder via Citrix
Demonstrated knowledge of Enterprise Portfolio Management, Resource Management and Strategic Planning principles and practices using Planview v11
Must have 3 or more years of technical project management. Typically possesses five or more years of experience in organizational programs, project/process management, plus one or more years of portfolio management oversight and resource management/supervision.
High energy, strong team player, creative thinker and self-motivated
Strong financial, project management and resource analytical skills
Demonstrated high level of diplomacy and tact while communicating

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
