Summary: Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions.
Contractor will be supporting 2 Community Operations Support Specialist. They will ensure the timely and accurate delivery of a comprehensive loan package (pulling files, sorting, organizing, entering/confirming data). They will NOT be processing loans or underwriting. They will provide 'back-office' support to these individuals. Microsoft Office and web based applications are a must.
Will need to take data entry and Microsoft Office tests unless recent scores are available

Education/
Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 2 years relevant experience required
Familiariry with mortgage documentation helpful but not required
Mortgage Services, Title Services, Lending Services, or Insurance Services experience a plus
Skills and Competencies:
Verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Perform other duties as assignedEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
