Directing field resources for routine work or reviewing outage information and dispatching and directing field resources in restoration efforts associated with small to medium outages (i.e. outages below the feeder level) and ensuring accurate outage information is captured.
Uses utility software tools to assign outage events to field performers following established processes and procedures.
Responsible for proper prioritization of work and maintaining accurate status and work location of field employees.
Frequently converses with field employees and contractors.
Converses with customers to confirm outage status or obtain additional information about their outage. Works a rotational shift within a 24 hour operational environment and is required to be on-call to participate in emergency storm center processes.
Required Qualifications - High school level command of spelling, grammar and math, and/or basic vocational skills training (ex. High School diploma, General Education Degree, etc.). Good written and verbal communications skills.
Ability to work and converse with a variety of individuals from various socio-economic, cultural and ethnic backgrounds in a professional manner using good customer service skills.
Demonstrated computer and technical aptitude
Preferred Qualifications
Up to 2 years of formal post-high school specialized trade, technical school or college.
Any experience on Distribution Outage Management System (by Oracle) is a plus.
1-2 years? experience in factory electric maintenance, electric construction, aircraft maintenance, or experience drafting electric diagrams and schematic.
OR candidates with a 2-year electric or electronics technology degree.
With the degree, no prior experience would be required.
Strong customer service.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
