Basic Job Duties:
Answer incoming phone calls on behalf of client; provide accurate and appropriate information to callers.
Place outbound customer service or customer satisfaction calls, as required by client.
Correctly complete call guides; gather and verify all required information.
Attend telephone skills and program information training sessions; demonstrate mastery of subject matter within specified timeframes.
Closely adhere to contact center scheduling, ensuring adequate telephone coverage during contact center hours of operation.
Perform clerical or administrative duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma
1 years of customer service or other telephone experience
Experience working with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology
Other Qualifications
Basic communication skills
1 or more years of customer service or other telephone experience strongly preferred
Ability to follow oral and written directions
Ability to meet professional standards towards project and co-worker
Must be flexible to work various full-time shifts. Schedules can vary between the hours of 8:00am to 9:00pm.
Must pass skills testing including spelling and data entry
Previous call center experience highly preferredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
