This well-established and very reputable insurance administration firm is seeking a Database Analyst for a major technical project slated to last about 6-9 months. You will enjoy working in a tight-knit, exciting team with a great energy and synergy.
As this Database Analyst you will:
Develop and maintain proprietary database applications using Microsoft Access and SQL 2008/2012.
Recommend enhancements and modifications to the proprietary database applications, business processes, system controls and procedures.
Development using VBA Script, MS Access Macros, MS Excel Macros and SQL programming.
Review, analyze and document business process workflows.
This Database Analyst has:
Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2012
Microsoft Access Database 2010/2013
SSRS experience a PLUS
Strong analytical and communication skills
Strong sense of responsibility, accountability and self-discipline

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
