Fors Marsh Group LLC (FMG) is an applied research firm located in Northern Virginia. At FMG, our team of social scientists is dedicated to providing research support and strategy consulting to improve decision-making, human resource management, and communications.
We are currently seeking an experienced, intelligent and motivated social scientist to help lead and expand our efforts in the area(s) of social persuasion, advertising campaign research, and behavior change with our private and public sector clients. This individual would exercise significant discretion, assist in business development efforts, and work with top management to direct organizational growth.
Responsibilities include:
Providing client account management to understand needs, manage expectations, and build long term relationships (including business development activities, )
Responsible for management and supervision of multiple research teams, including providing quality control, supervising project staff, and implements financial controls for projects
Providing oversight to research team(s), including setting goals, cultivating a productive work environment, and team development via coaching, mentoring and on-the-job training and contributing to strategic direction
Overseeing the design, execution, and interpretation of research across a variety of quantitative and qualitative methodologies
Contributing knowledge and expertise in social cognitive psychology, social persuasion, and/or behavior change for various research efforts. Specific background in health related areasEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
