JOB DUTIES:
Provide support for vulnerability management functions, to include scanning using standard IA tools, coordination with other professionals for remediation, and reporting to government leadership.
Security Certification and Accreditation of a variety of Department of Defense and Intelligence Community automated information systems (AIS).
Provide Information Assurance (IA) duties in support of DoD certification and accreditation (C&A) processes.
Review networks and IAS documentation for vulnerabilities and advise leadership on IA processes and procedures and make recommendations for complying with DoD AIS IA requirements.
Document IA and mitigation/remediation efforts to ensure appropriate STIG compliancy.
Perform duties that pertain to planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining AIS certification and accreditations.
Produce daily updates and status reports to Certifying Authorities.
Support the documentation for plans to safeguard data against accidental or unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure.
BASIC
Qualifications: (Must Have)
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline with 3
years of related experience. An additional 4 years of relevant technical experience may be substituted for the degree.
Currently possess an active TS/SCI security clearance.
Possess current DoD IAT II or higher certification (CompTIA Security+ce)
Knowledge with IA scanning tools such as eEye Retina, WASP, and ACAS
Ability to clearly convey technical implementation measures and designEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
