After Sales Trainers are professional facilitators who apply their retail, hospitality and automotive OEM and/or dealership process knowledge to customer experience improvement. The After Sales Trainer will facilitate service process and customer experience classroom training for dealership service professionals - managers and advisors. The After Sales Trainer will be responsible for promoting, demonstrating and reinforcing the behaviors, processes and habits associated with delivering an industry-leading customer experience - as measured by the Service Advocacy Score and the JD Power CSI Study. After Sales Trainers are subject matter experts (SMEs) on courseware development and delivery. After Sales Trainers are the voice of the company, promoting corporate training and customer experience initiatives among dealership personnel. They thoroughly understand and effectively communicate learning and development course content, while displaying confidence in the curriculum. They understand and effectively communicate all corporate training programs, certification requirements and initiatives. They strive to meet or exceed all corporate objectives. After Sales Trainers adhere to all corporate process guidelines associated with Business Expense and Travel Policies. They represent the company brand and the learning organization in a professional manner at all times.
Requirements:
4-year degree (Bachelors) from an accredited college or university
Minimum of 5 years classroom training experience
Minimum of 5 years professional/motivational speaking experience
Ability to effectively facilitate classroom training in front of large and small groups
Must be able to knowledgably handle questions, direct participant activities and maintain a high-energy learning environment
Must be able to communicate effectively to all dealership personnel
Must possess strong administrative and time management skills
Must be self-directed, motivated and enthusiastic
Must be willing to learn product features and advanced technology information
Willingness to travel Monday through Friday
Valid Driver's License
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point)
Preferred
Qualifications:
Automotive dealership and/or auto manufacturer experience (after sales)
Auto manufacturer training experience
Automotive consultative experience (after sales)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
