We are currently looking for a self-motivated and outgoing individual with strong leadership skills who is looking for a challenging opportunity to join our team as a Commercial Estimator/Project Manager. The Commercial Estimator/Project Manager is responsible for estimating bid opportunities from commercial clients/prospects. He or she will create estimates for commercial work and ensure that pricing is accurate, competitive, and within company guidelines. In addition, you will actively manage ongoing projects, which includes project invoicing, contract change orders, and supervising the field teams.
Our ideal candidate is a driven and motivated leader with at least five years of increasingly responsible project management/estimating experience that includes supervisory/leadership responsibilities. He or she must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership and motivational skills, and must have his or her own vehicle to use on the job. A college degree and industry knowledge are preferred. Formal Project Management training/certification and/or Estimator certification is a plus.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
