Customer Service Representative
Divisional liaison to all current and potential customers in regard to communicating and facilitating all specified deliverables.
Responsibilities:
Support pre-production customer order entry activities.
Facilitate specific customer schedule requirements.
Ensure timely, accurate delivery of customer requirements to warehouse.
Customer account maintenance functions.
Credit and additional billing back up documentation.
Support customer concern needs.
Extensive use of EDI Systems
Maintain customer supplied and customer specific data via the customer systems.
Produce and distribute customer supplied forecasts.
Follow all Safety, Environmental, and Quality Policies and Guidelines.
Other duties maybe assigned or required for this position.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
1-3 Years of Experience
2 Year Technical Education Level or Equivalent
Basic and Complex Reading Skills
Basic Writing Skills
Basic and Complex Mathematical Skills
Strong Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication Skills
Strong Problem Solving Skills
Strong Computer Skills
Experience with using phone systems, office equipment (fax,calculator, word processing)
Ability to Work Alone, With Others with face to face and virtual contact methods
Ability to Perceive and comprehend
Ability to Make Clear Judgements
Ability to Make Good Decisions
Ability to Lead, and be Team Oriented
Ability to be Creative
Ability to lift 10 plus lbs
Ability to stand, kneel, stoop, bend, pull, and push
