Assess individual students' needs and instruct English Language Learner (ELL) programs for Elementary Grade students whose first language is not English. With seniority, devise and develop Individualized Student Plans (ISPs) and other related lesson plans to meet students' needs Establish and enforce rules and procedures to maintain optimum education process. Identify pertinent resources for the ELL education, consult experts/specialists, and research relevant scholarly information sources. Collaborate with general education teacher for modification of lesson plans and instructional methods. Employ multi-sensory teaching strategies and methods per individual student' strengths, weaknesses, and learning styles. Observe and evaluate students' progress. Plan and conduct academic activities for a balanced program of instruction, demonstration, and work time. Provide educational leadership and assistance for the curriculum and instructional development. Serve as the ELL Department Chair in assistance of overall development of ELL program. Participate in educational conferences and processional meetings to continue developing instructional methods.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
