Position Description:
The Accounting Assistant is responsible for processing employee expenses and office equipment expenses. They are also responsible for providing the Accounting Team assistance with all of their administrative needs, i.e. filing, mailings, etc.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
Processes employee expense reports on a weekly basis
Processes equipment logs for copiers, field instruments, company trucks, etc. on a weekly basis
Sets up clients and projects in Clearview
Assists Billing Coordinator with client billings and mailings
Assists the Accounts Payable Coordinator with processing invoices and disbursements
Other administrative duties as required and directed by CFO
Essential
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent, Bachelors Degree desired
Experience working in an office environment, Accounting experience a plus
Essential Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Exhibits excellent professional ethics
Highly skilled in dealing with financial and numeric data
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, stay focused
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
Essential Position Requirements:
Ability to work additional and/or nonstandard office hours, as required

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
