GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
As an IT professional, the Enterprise Systems Engineer will bring a strong mix of business process knowledge coupled with outstanding technology capabilities. Key experiences will include solid experience with ERP infrastructure management with deep server and storage knowledge. Lead, manage and maintain the rollout of Oracle eBusiness Suite related project initiatives including performance monitoring and server and storage performance tuning. In addition, the Enterprise Systems Engineer will ideally bring an understanding of the role of single and multiple instance ERP technology environments and how they can be deployed to serve the business in a global multi-site mining organization.

Key
Responsibilities:
o Manage, support and maintain the enterprise system's servers and storage systems in the corporate and remote data centers, which include data backup, hot standby and disaster recovery scenarios. Plan and implement any improvement, modification, or replacement of data center infrastructure components.
o Manage and ensure effectiveness of security solutions, including firewalls, anti-virus solutions, and intrusion detection systems and maintain and enhance the corporate DRP process and documentation.
o Manage and maintain Mobile Device Management system and servers for global users and multiple carriers and devices.
o Provide assistance to the computer operations team for global support of Company's non enterprise systems.
o Continue the standardization of the overall enterprise systems infrastructure and provide thought leadership in new technologies to further strengthen and add value to the organization.
o Create and maintain documentation as it relates to servers, backup and data center configuration.
o Conduct research on products, services, protocols, and standards to remain abreast of developments in the technology industry.
o Interact and negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure infrastructure products and services.
o Approve and administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
o University or college degree in computer science or engineering.
o Minimum of 5 years of experience in an ERP infrastructure support role
o Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting and maintaining a data center.
o Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting and maintaining backups.
o Spanish speaking would be an asset
o Extensive hands-on technical knowledge of servers (including blade technology) and Storage Area Networks with specific attention to a load balanced high performance and well-tuned ERP environment.
o Extensive knowledge and experience with backup hardware and software.
o Working knowledge and experience with multi-server configurations such as VMWare or Oracle RAC environments.
o Operating system experience with Windows and LINUX.
o Working knowledge of performance monitoring appliances and software.
o Extensive knowledge and experience with Oracle hardware infrastructure.
o Hardware, software, and network connection troubleshooting experience.
o Knowledge of Citrix would be an asset.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
