Sodexo is currently seeking a General Manager 4 for a premier corporate account in Framingham, MA . In this lead management role, you will be responsible for the overall management coordination and direction of the food contract operations at the account. You will participate in all of the daily food contract operations for multiple sites with full service caf terias, catering and vending operation services. Responsibilities will include:
Unit financials/budgets
HR functions
Marketing
Strategic planning
Developing and administering Food policies, programs and practices
Cash management and control
Training
Direct customer interaction
Leadership support for a large team of nonunion employees to include managers and hourly staff.
The successful candidate will have at least 3-4 years' experience in food management leadership, a strong financial acumen, computer literacy as well as excellent leadership, communication and customer service skills. Prior management experience in corporate environment is a plus for the role.
Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 4 years
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
