Qualifications - Minimum
The RN works with his/her team partner(s), using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate direct patient care. The RN serves as a clinical expert and assumes a leadership role on the Patient Care Team. As leader of the team, the RN is responsible for integrating care delivery among team members and directing the team toward the common goal of improved patient outcomes and customer satisfaction.
The RN performs a variety of basic age-specific duties in providing comprehensive patient care. All clinical care is done under the direction of the RN who determines appropriate tasks for delegation. Members of the Patient Care Team are responsible for making observations as directed by the RN and reporting deviations to the RN.

Qualifications:
EDUCATION :
Graduate from accredited School of Nursing.
Current RN license in State of Ohio.

Experience:
Entry position. Orientation program is provided.
Computer literacy.
Basic CPR

PRINCIPAL JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Applies the nursing process in providing patient care.
1. Performs comprehensive physical/psychosocial assessment/evaluation of patients/family/ significant other.
2. Assesses data and interprets the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to his/her age-specific needs.
3. Develops and implements patient care plans.
4. Evaluates and revises care plans in consultation with physicians and multidisciplinary team
members to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
1. Assesses patient's responses and reports adverse reactions and or other pertinent information to healthcare team and physician.
2. Makes frequent and purposeful rounds to monitor patient responses, changes in condition and
patient needs.

and age-specific care of the patient/family.
