Bonus Automotive & Aerospace Parts Manufacturing - Need someone who has true compensation and benefit experience a C&P pro. Someone who has dealt with providers to get rates adjusted, understands how it works for a company to be self-insured, experience with different types of payroll systems, knows all applicable laws, experienced in reaching out to local companies to compare pay scales to make sure the company is competitive, and someone who is open to challenges.
BS degree required, any certifications are a plus 5
years experience as Compensation & Benefits professional in a manufacturing & assembly type company. This job is at corporate office of this automotive/aerospace supplier, so manufacturing background is required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
