Experience Required (Length & Type)
Two to three years Conversion experience in a pork facility preferred.
Skills Required
Must have proven knowledge of majority of the conversion floor. Good communication skills
are necessary. Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and
plant rules and procedures.
Good attendance is required and maintaned
Two (2) or less occurrences actively on record.
Work history must be acceptable--no major policy infractions.
Summary of Job Duties/
Responsibilities:
Must be capable of performing any job in the conversion floor area at a qualified status.
Will fill in for absent employees if necessary. Assist supervisor and trainer in proper training and
safety of hourly employees. Promote safety and lead by example.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
