Human Resources Manager - $70-75K Consumer Durables Manufacturing - Manage corporate policies relating to benefits, employee relations, and training; Ensuring that government reporting regulations and legal requirements are in compliance; Recruiting, interviewing, testing and selecting hourly employees to fulfill staffing needs; Planning and conducting new employee orientation; Recordkeeping and administration of benefit plans; Preparing separation notices and documentation and performs separation interviews; Consulting with business unit management in the strategic planning process and development of HR strategies; This position reports to the Director of Operations.
BS degree - 4
years of related human resources experience; Employee relations experience required; Knowledge and
experience in governmental regulations and general HR practices; Strong communication and conflict
resolution skills; Proficient with MS Office Suite.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
