The company is looking to fill a Territory Sales Managers position in the Southern California market. The ideal candidate will:
Be a proven, sales professional with a background in horticulture sales and service.
Call on and visit new and existing customers with Operations in Southern California, recommending the appropriate plant materials and following the orders through to fulfillment.
Be computer literate.
Possess excellent communication and customer satisfaction skills.
QUALIFICATIONS
The position requires someone with a great attitude, who is energetic and looking to work in a collegial atmosphere. College with exposure to horticulture is good as well as knowledge and sales experience of 2-4
years. Fluency in Spanish and English is a plus Computer literacy is a necessity as is a willingness to learn.
Nice 6 figure Base
commission income for the right candidate. The company offers car and phone allowance
medical.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
