The General Counsel will be part of a team of in-house professionals responsible for the overall delivery of day-to-day legal support. The successful candidate must have the ability to quickly understand the needs of the business and to partner with members of executive staff to effectively create and deliver solutions. This role will be responsible for negotiating, writing, reviewing, summarizing, and researching a wide variety of matters including licenses, registrations, patents, trademarks, confidentiality agreements, regulatory and other general business both domestically and internationally.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
