IT Project and Asset Coordinator
Infinity Rehab is looking for an IT Project and Asset Coordinator to join our team. The primary responsibility of the IT Project and Asset Coordinator is to synchronize IT projects pertaining to Infinity Rehab contracts and IT assets. This exciting opportunity will work alongside Infinity Rehab's IT, Accounting, and staff.
Job Responsibilities
Coordinates IT related tasks with Corporate IT personnel and Vendors for the startup and shutdown of projects at Infinity locations.
Serves as point of contact and liaison for all Infinity Rehab technology related projects.
Manages purchasing and tracking of equipment and accessories throughout their lifecycle using IT, procurement, Accounting, and vendor software for Infinity Rehab employees and facilities.
Safeguards Statements of Work and Master Service Agreements are in compliance to company policy and conducts contract analysis.
Coordinates resolution of equipment issues and data destruction.
Facilitates management of Infinity Rehab's wireless telecommunications plans and equipment.
Manages company's eFax accounts, setup and disabling of new and existing accounts
Upholds software licensing inventory from multiple software vendors.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree business administration, information technology or a closely related field, or a combination of relevant equivalent educational and work experience.
Transferrable experience with IT concepts, networking, telecommunications, Statements of Work (SOW's), and Master Service Agreements (MSA's).
Familiarity of basic accounting principles, including management of capital and operational expenses, invoice processing, and G/L accounting and coding.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
General office environment; spends at least 50% of time working at PC terminal.
Will be subject to frequent interruptions with high volume of requests.
Must be able to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl.
Regularly required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move weight a distance of up to 50 feet.
