years experience in reliability and quality engineering for semiconductor manufacturing including qualification processes and reliability procedures. Must have track record in: Quality Procedures, Change Control, Product & Process Qualifications, Product & Process Change Notifications, Customer Document Review, Customer Returns, Customer Specifications, Data Sheets, external standards.
Activities:
Manage Quality Document Management Systems.
Interface with fabrication, assembly, engineering, and sales providing technical customer support for process and product qualifications, Production Part Approval Process, and reliability assessments of products.
Continually improving customers quality experience from new product development through product end-of-life.
Develop and present qualification reports.
Coordinate document workflows.
Support and perform internal quality audits.
Reliability testing for new technologies and qualification of new processes.
Device characterization and accelerated testing.
Resolve issues related to sample size calculations, hypothesis testing, DOE and reliability questions.
Performing statistical analysis on life data.
Oversee conduct of In-depth Failure Analysis.
Develop and improve inspection and sampling criteria and procedures.
Coordinate and review calibration activities.
