Technical Support Specialist (Level II III) / RMA Technician

AVADirect, a recognized and growing leader in the custom computer industry, is seeking a Technical Support Specialist (Level II III) / RMA Technician for our Twinsburg, Ohio location.
This candidate will be responsible for supporting customers with online as well as telephone diagnostic technical support, and repair of RMA systems. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of strong communicational and computer technical skills.
Key
Responsibilities:
Create a positive AVADirect Customer Service Experience.
Provide assistance/troubleshooting to 60-80 technical bases incoming and outgoing calls per week to resolve customers complaints.
Repair, communicate and resolve 5-10 RMA systems per week.
Validation of RMA requirements and provide approval of RMA requests as appropriate.
Repair, communicate and resolve 3-5 courier damage claims on per month
Reply to 40-60 technical based emails and/or message boards per week
Effective and efficiently provide solutions to customers under time constraints.
Capable of documenting problems in our support solution database.
Communicate status updates on customer requests.
Work with contractors and vendors providing remote support.
Qualifications:
Associates degree preferred.
Capability of troubleshooting all aspects of a custom desktops, servers and/ or notebooks either on-site or remotely. Specifically: RAIDs 0,1,5,10, SLI and Crossfire, Operating Systems, Windows 7, 8, and 8.1, Windows Server 2008 and up, Linux, BIOS Setups.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in both teams or independently.
Ability to work under time constraints.
Strong knowledge and an understanding of PC hardware components and software.
Understanding of all Microsoft applications.
Minimum 3 - 4 years experience providing hardware technical support and troubleshooting computer systems.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
