Excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service representative. A client of ours in Salem, NH is seeking an experienced customer service rep with 2
years of customer service experience in a call center environment. This is temporary to direct full-time opportunity within a Fortune 500 company and room for growth. Job duties will include handling incoming calls from clients, interacting with multiple departments, maintain data integrity within the CRM system, respond to emails, etc. Someone who is detail oriented, has great computer skills, and is a team-player is what they are looking for. Previously experience with retirement funds (401K's, Mutual Funds, etc) and a Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required. Hours 8:30am -- 5:00pm Monday-Friday Permanent Pay $40K Looking to start immediately! Please reply with your resume ASAP to be considered for this role.
