As aRegional Technology Manager , you will be responsible to lead, manage and develop a team to support the growth of Winfield Ag Technology products (R7, Climate Pro by Winfield, Answer Tech, Data Silo, WinTK, etc.), within defined areas/regions. Must have strong leadership skills which will influence the team to work together as One WinField to increase sales of Winfield Ag Technology products as well as Winfield proprietary products.
Position provides the following within a defined territory:
Direct leadership and supervision of Ag Technology Specialist staff
Management of WinField Ag Technology acreage growth goals
Management of ATS expense budget
Tie-in of R7 tool sales to proprietary product volume growth (corn/soybeans and STAMPS focus
Qualifications:

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Agricultural related field, marketing or business
Minimum of 5-8 years of agronomy input sales experience
Demonstrated computer skills in Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Demonstrated success in building teams and partnerships
Demonstrated success in leading/managing other people
Demonstrated success in the development and implementation of business plans and budgets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently.
Proven ability to interact & coach other team members, customers, suppliers, employees and management of all levels.
Proven ability to solve and resolve issues quickly and effectively with other people
Ability to create and present interesting, informative and educational product presentations
Strong agricultural industry knowledge
