Skills/Experience
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive knowledge transfer event involving multiple programmers, multiple systems and a diverse set of technical platforms. Strong communication and documentation skills are a must.
2. Specific competencies required:
o High degree of verbal communication skills, both on a technical and personal level.
o Ability to quickly conduct detailed technical analysis of existing documentation to determine gaps and omissions in legacy documentation sets.
o Ability to conduct interviews with technical programming staff to uncover additional clarification.
o Advanced technical writing skills in order to recreate or add clarification to existing technical documentation.
o Ability to read and translate programming code as needed to aid in validation of technical documentation.
