TOTAL REWARDS MANAGER OVERVIEW
The Manager of Total Rewards serves as a strategic People Operations leader and will share responsibility for the design, implementation and communication of Teespring's Total Rewards Strategy. The Manager is responsible for ensuring all of our reward programs, including Benefits, Compensation, Health & Well-being and HRIS systems are competitive, sustainable, scalable, and have an impact on the short and long-term performance of the organization.
This position may be located in Hebron, KY or San Francisco, CA
