Job Description Summary
The Plate Stacker loads plates into decline conveyor, pulls plates from conveyor to load rack, takes racks to storage room and stacks plates onto tables for production.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Pull empty plate racks to decline conveyor and load plates.
Pull plates off of conveyor and stack into plate rack.
Take full plate racks into storage room.
Place plates on tables for production.
Use computer to operate washer and belts.
Perform all sanitation procedures at the end of production or as scheduled.
Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices as stated within the policy.
Follows all Safety Rules and procedures by working safely and ensuring safety of others.
Follow all food safety procedures.
Follow all sanitation procedures and work instructions.
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, sit, and use hands to touch objects or controls. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds while performing production duties. Specific vision requirements of this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment

The employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to wet, humid conditions and occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
Working Conditions
Work is performed largely in a manufacturing environment. Hours of work will generally be at least 40 hours a week. At times there will be some variation in work hours due to special projects, deadlines and other concerns.

Protective Equipment
Employees must wear safety glasses, slip resistant steel toe safety footwear, protective gloves, a hair net, Tyvex apron, and ear protection, as required.
Qualifications and Competencies
Minimum education and experience required:
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to understand oral and written instructions relating to Mini operations.
Ability to function as a team member and contribute to group goals.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
