We are seeking a dynamic Software Engineer who shares a passion for developing web applications to solve business challenges, grow sales and Save the World.
Primary Job Responsibilites:
Develop and maintain customer and internal facing web applications
Resolve issues with said applications
Perform enhancements and periodic updates to applications
Deploy applications to production ready environments and support the deployment until the application is stable.
Recommends system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development and purchase alternatives.
Integrates applications by designing database architecture and server scripting; studying and establishing connectivity with network systems, search engines and information servers.
Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools.
Updates job knowledge by researching new internet/intranet technologies and software products; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Desired Skills and Expertise
Bachelor of Science or equivalent work experience
5
years experience with software development using C# and VB.NET in a production environment
5
years experience with Microsoft SQL server
Strong coding skills in C++,Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
