General Manager of Maintenance, Tooling and Facilities
Manchester, Tennessee
As General Manager of Maintenance, Tooling and Facilities, you will champion all efforts within the facility, tooling and maintenance departments, which involves the effective planning, direction and coordination of all activities, including oversight of all work assignments of those departmental managers. You will be expected to jump in and assist with hands-on performance, when necessary. Because this is an around-the-clock, on-call position, flexibility to work any shift will be required. To qualify, you should hold an Associates or Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline and possess 5 to 10 years management experience within a non-union manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry. A Tier 1 or OEM background that includes injection-molding experience is a must.
