We are actively seeking top Incident Response Analyst to support a Tier 1 government contract that is responsible for defending our nation from some of the most sophisticated attackers.
We are seeking analysts at all experience levels that can provide planning, policy, requirements, and operations support for DHS.
The responsibilities will include experience with malware analysis tools, techniques and processes and your ability to conduct research that focuses on rapidly emerging cyber threats, and the methods and processes employed by adversary employment of cyber warfare techniques, as well as offensive capabilities.
The Incident Response Analyst provides oversight of the incident data flow and response, content and remediation, and partners with other incident response centers in maintaining an understand of the threats, vulnerabilities,' and exploits that could impact networks and assets. Performs real timer proactive security monitoring and reporting on various security enforcement systems, such as SIEM, Anti-Virus, internet content filtering/reporting. Malcode prevention, Firewalls, IDS & IPS, Web Security. Anti-Spam, etc. Performs the role of primary Incident Coordinator for all IT Security events focused on response, containment, investigation and remediation.
This position is Shift 2 (2 pm - 10:00 pm M - F).
Skill Requirements:
GCIH, GCIA, CISSP desired
CERT experience desired
DepartmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
