As Community Marketing Manager of Blacksburg, you'll be tasked with growing brand awareness and marketing OrderUp in the most efficient and engaging way possible. You will be the voice of OrderUp Blacksburg. We need someone with high energy to find the food pulse and get OrderUp in front of new users by identifying and executing local marketing opportunities! Initially reporting to Marketing HQ with market support from the General Manager, you will be responsible for executing OrderUp's Launch Playbook, hiring and inspiring a group of smart and energetic Street Team brand ambassadors, and overseeing a monthly marketing budget. In addition to this, you will also be tasked with:
Planning, scheduling, managing & executing a series of intense launch tactics.
Managing Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter accounts (you should be the type of person who gets a lot of likes and knows about #foodporn).
Actively participating in discussions across communities, social networks & blogs.
Daily calls/check-ins with HQ Marketing Management (post-market-launch) to shareEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
