Our Customer Support Specialists handle calls from internal and external customers related to troubleshooting, warranties, network coverage, handsets and devices, accessories, billing, rate plans, features and services, and repair. You will also be expected to cross-sell AT&T products & services; however, selling is not the focus of this position.
Basic requirements:
At least one year customer service experience preferred
Call Center Experience preferred
Advanced Typing/Keyboarding Skills preferred
This position requires advanced technical troubleshooting skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
