ThinkTPG is looking for a bright, personable and articulate temp-to-hire Social Media Coordinator for a long-term contract role with permanent possibilities, who can work in a corporate environment in Northern NJ with up to 3 years experience.

Help formulate social media plans for internal clients and help execute action-steps to increase impact by understanding the marketing strategy and determining which social media channels are the most beneficial to build long-lasting relationships.
Assist in maintaining all social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, YouTube, etc. with an eye toward identifying abandoned, inactive, inaccurate and unofficial presences
Utilize enterprise wide social media platforms to help monitor and report on company activity including tracking mentions of company to identify users who follow/friend/like our business
Help create and publish short and succinct social media updates, while complying with all firm policies and standards
Research related news to share via our social accounts to create a content calendar
Assist in the review of key company personnel LinkedIn profiles
Identify and unfollow legacy users to cull out non-strategic connections
Track the growth and the impact of social media on our business
Create and present activity reports in MS-Word/Excel/PowerPoint format
Constantly alert to trends and technology that would be pertinent to the company as a whole that could be put into use

Must function well in a corporate environment with strong written and verbal communication skills. Will have to be flexible and flow with changing priorities.

Tools: Social media management systems including monitoring and analysis. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. Must have live and active LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook accounts. Google
and YouTube are a plus. Financial industry experience a plus.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
