Previous Experience Required: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience supporting: MS Windows XP/7 workstation Peripheral Devices such as Printers, Scanners, Modems, etc. Desktop applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Office 2003/2007/2010
Working knowledge of: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of one year experience in supporting PCs in a Microsoft network environment is required. A
Certification
Qualifications: Hands-on experience configuring, installing, and managing of PC hardware and software Associate Degree in Computer Science/Technology or related field is desired. Network
or other equivalent certifications desired. Experience supporting PDAs/SmartPhones/Laptops Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory Experience using a Help Desk trouble ticketing system Experience with HBO systems is desired. Must be customer service oriented and have excellent communication skills, including speaking, listening, reading and writing. Experience working in a healthcare environment
Manual and Physical Skill Required: Periods of sitting and working at the computer. Frequent movement throughout hospital for on site work within other departments.Lifting of computer equipment.
