The Retail Sales Consultant is expected for supporting clients with all of their wireless, internet and advance TV needs. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for selling all products and services provided by the Company to attain sales metrics. The Sales Consultant will manage all administrative functions of the sale such as completing customer contracts/warranties, pulling product from inventory, accepting customer payments and filing the completed orders. Also, the Sales Consultant will stay up-to date on all company products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions and service features, as well as handle service / payment inquires. Further, it is the function of the Sales Consultant to maintain knowledge of competitive offers, pricing plans, promotions, etc. from other carriers / agents.
