The Senior Business Consultant is expected for determining, selling and delivering consulting services to our customers and prospects. This chosen candidate will establish relationships with executives, and deliver consulting expertise around customer experience management and Net Promoter. Commercial awareness and understanding of business environments are main functions in this position. This role is accountable for proactively guiding our customers to deliver business results by creating a customer-centric culture and driving improvements to the customer experience. Additionally, the incumbent will develop organization-wide enterprise roadmap for customers to drive cultural transformation, determining areas of improvement, and driving actions to improve customer experience performance.
