Position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the help desk group, develop and administer help desk staffing, provide direction to field technicians and coordinate resources, and responsible for monitoring quality assurance for service requests.
Candidates must have a bachelors degree and at least 8 years of experience. Candidates must have ITIL Certification, have experience in hardware/software support and technical services, and excellent communication and customer service skills.
