In this position, the person will be required for and has authority over performance reporting, analytics and financial settlement activities related to the organizations internal performance program. The team will provide comprehensive analytic assistance for medical expense trend management as part of the Population Health Management effort of the organization. This role will supervise the execution of internal provider level cash settlements and communicates results to PHS Executive Committees. The experienced candidate will work closely with the PHS Data Warehouse department to ensure the integrity of all data used in all performance reporting.
